   In May 28, 1999, Chongqing pesticide chemical industry (Group ) Limited company to divest its excellent assets initiated the establishment of Limited by Share Ltd -- Chongqing Minfeng agricultural Limited by Share Ltd.
   In August 11, 1999, Chongqing Minfeng agricultural Limited by Share Ltd listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ( 000950).
   In November 29, 2002, Chongqing pesticide chemical industry (Group ) Limited company only contributive person Chongqing medical Holdings (Group ) Company and Cathay pigments (China) Co., Ltd. formally signed a joint venture contract.
   On December 19, 2002, Chinese foreign joint venture Chongqing pesticide chemical industry (Group ) Company Limited was incorporated.
